Mrs Gardiner is in charge of computers at our school and she came to class to talk about the Kawa of care rules we have to follow when working on our Chromebooks. We had to make something to prove we have read the rules and understand and agree to them. Here is my document:

Writing Wk 3 Term 1 2021
Kia ora.
We are learning that Basic Punctuation means that you have a capital letter at the start of a sentence, and a full stop, question mark or exclamation mark at the end of every sentence when you do a piece of writing. Here is my acrostic poem

Firstly
Butterfly finds a mate.
Secondly
The butterfly lays her eggs on a swan plant.
Thirdly
Eggs hatches into a caterpillar.
Next
Caterpillar eats until it becomes fat caterpillar.
Fourthly
Caterpillar turns into a chrysalis.
Finally
After 10 to 14 days later new butterfly hatches.

Treaty of Waitangi
Kia ora
We have been learning about the Treaty of Waitangi. Something new I learned was that Hone Heke belonged to the Ngapuhi tribe. We made a cool booklet .
